Shipping policy

Shipping is a flat $4 per order or free for orders over $50. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing, as most of the items listed are made to order. 

If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be re shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

Southwest Sol is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number which allows you to follow your order to its destination. Please open a claim with your local post office if your package says delivered but you don't have it.
